Circumcision is a practice where the extra foreskin is cut or removed at the tip of a human penis. In such case we say the male is circumcised, and the tip of the penis is permanently exposed. A man may decide to be circumcised for various reasons, such as cultural, religious, and health. A man may decide to have circumcision at will and at any time. Often the parents of a male baby practice circumcision early. It is revealed as a special measure for hygiene and to avoid infection and complications. What are the advantages of circumcision?

Several scientific studies have been conducted to show the benefits of circumcision, although other studies have attempted to deny or disagree with these benefits. In the early 2000’s, several studies showed that circumcision reduced the risk of transmitting the AIDS virus (HIV) by up to 61% in men when they have sex without a condom. These studies are supported by WHO and UNAIDS, two major global health agencies. According to these two major organizations, circumcision is an additional tool that can help in the fight against the spread of AIDS, especially in areas where the prevalence of HIV is greatly exaggerated, for example in some countries in Africa. Beside AIDS, circumcision helps in preventing several other diseases according to some studies.
Circumcision prevents the spread of some germs that can cause other diseases such as urinary tract infection. For infants with severe urinary tract infections, circumcision usually puts a brake on it. The foreskin, which is the small skin covering the tip of the penis, often has an area that tolerates old germs that can cause infection; once removed, the frequency of urinary tract infections decreases significantly to 6 to 12 times. When a man decides to get circumcised, he can help reducing the transmission of Human Papillomavirus (HPV), a germ that usually causes cervical cancer in women. According to National Cancer Institute (NIH), Human papillomavirus may also play a role in some other types of cancer, such as anal, vaginal, vulvar, penile, and oropharyngeal cancers (cancer.gov). What other benefits can a man receive from circumcision?
According to several studies, circumcision plays a role in increasing sexual endurance in men. The reason is that the glans penis become thicker, so it becomes less sensitive, which can delay the ejaculation. It’s a great natural method that provides the same effects than the expensive delay sprays. For men who are uncircumcised and cannot last as long as they want, circumcision is a wonderful option for more pleasure.
